Your questions, answered.
Do I need a website?
No. You can share your Momenta Tickets booking link directly on Instagram and WhatsApp.
What does the customer get after buying?
Once the payment is confirmed, they receive their tickets with a QR code and the activity details by email.
Do I need special equipment to scan tickets?
No. You can scan QR codes with any phone that has a camera. Open the scanner while you’re online and, if the signal drops during check-in, keep scanning. Check-ins are recorded as soon as the connection comes back.
Can I have different prices for the same activity?
Yes. You can set up ticket categories, such as adults and children, each with its own price.
What happens when a time slot sells out?
That time slot is no longer available for new purchases. To keep availability accurate, you also need to record the bookings you take outside Momenta, or set aside a separate allocation for online sales.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
You can handle changes and cancellations according to the terms you’ve given your customer. When a refund is due, the payment provider’s procedures and timelines apply.
Does Momenta Tickets bring me customers?
Momenta Tickets makes it easy for people who find you through your website, social media or campaigns to buy your tickets. Promoting your business is still part of your own marketing.
